GYMLIFT（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 端末内保存データ（外部送信なし）

以下のデータは、SwiftData および UserDefaults により端末内のみに保持され、外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。

トレーニング記録（日時、種目、重量・回数、ノート等）
種目マスタ、テンプレート情報
アプリ設定値（体重、目標値等）

1.2 広告配信に伴うデータ（Google）

本アプリでは Google AdMob を使用しています。広告配信・測定のため、Google が以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

デバイス識別子（広告ID等）、IPアドレス、アプリ利用状況

2. データの利用目的

本アプリ内でのトレーニング履歴および統計の表示
広告表示による無料サービスの維持

3. 第三者提供

ユーザーのトレーニングデータ等を当方サーバーや第三者に提供することはありません。広告配信に必要な範囲で Google がデータを収集する場合があります。

4. データの保存期間・削除

端末内のデータは、アプリの削除または端末の初期化により即時に削除されます。

GYMLIFT ("the app") respects users' privacy.

1. Information Collected

1.1 Data Stored on Device Only

The following data is stored only on the user's device using SwiftData and UserDefaults, and is not sent to external servers.

Training records, including date and time, exercises, weight, reps, and notes
Exercise master data and template information
App settings, including bodyweight and target values

1.2 Data Related to Advertising by Google

The app uses Google AdMob. Google may collect the following information for ad delivery and measurement.

Device identifiers such as advertising ID, IP address, and app usage information

2. Purpose of Use

Displaying training history and statistics within the app
Maintaining the free service through advertising

3. Third-Party Sharing

We do not provide users' training data or related information to our own servers or third parties. Google may collect data to the extent necessary for ad delivery.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Data stored on the device is deleted immediately when the app is deleted or the device is initialized.
